* [Trust Wallet](https://trustwallet.com/)

***

## **2. Getting Tokens to your Wallet** <a href="#h_5a9ddcadff" id="h_5a9ddcadff"></a>

To make trades on LFJ you must have tokens (funds) inside your wallet to cover gas fees and execute transactions. For example, all Solana transactions require $SOL tokens. Each chain will require different tokens.

To get initial funds into your Wallet, you can use any major cryptocurrency exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Crypto.com, MEXC, etc).&#x20;

Simply purchase SOL,AVAX, ETH or other Tokens and withdraw those assets directly to your chosen Wallet. Check each exchange’s withdrawal guide for specific instructions.

# Common FAQ and Fixes

## **Trading Issues** <a href="#h_3666213eb6" id="h_3666213eb6"></a>

<details>

<summary>"I swapped some Tokens but cannot see my newly purchased Tokens"</summary>

You may need to manually add the contract address of the coins to your wallet. Under the main Trade Panel on the Trade page, click the text which reads "Add Token to wallet". Make sure you select the Token you wish to add to your Wallet by using the Tokenlist.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Unable to swap / "The transaction cannot succeed due to an error: undefined"</summary>

Click the toggle in the top corner and increase "Slippage tolerance" by a few percent.

This is how much the price of the Token can change when swapping. Some projects such as those which have 'taxes' will require far greater amounts of slippage, sometimes up to 20%. To find the slippage you may need, we recommend contacting the project directly.

</details>

<details>

<summary>A failed transaction took my coins</summary>

Rest assured your Wallet will still have your Tokens. A failed transaction will only take Gas fees. Everything else is reverted to your Wallet, if a Transaction fails. You can check historical token balances at <https://snowtrace.io/tokencheck-tool>. If you need help doing this feel free to open a ticket in our [Discord](https://discord.gg/LFJ)

</details>

<details>

<summary>My transaction was reverted</summary>

Sometimes in periods of high volatility transactions are reverted due to price changes. The threshold for how much a token price can change is set via slippage (toggle in top right corner). If your transaction was reverted consider trying again in a few minutes or increasing slippage.

## **Liquidity Pools & Farms** <a href="#h_9d20f0f3a3" id="h_9d20f0f3a3"></a>

<details>

<summary><strong>I cannot find a Pool</strong></summary>

Make sure that on the Pool page you are searching under all Pools and that your tokens are not in a farm. You can also enter the Analytics centre to search for the Pool you have entered.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I cannot see my LP tokens after I entered a farm</strong></summary>

This is normal, your tokens have been deposited in the contract and are no longer in your wallet. You will still receive the % of fees when you withdraw your LP tokens from the pool.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I only have a very small amount of LP tokens</strong></summary>

Rest assured that the LP tokens will track the $ amount that you have put into the pool. They are mathematically worked out to represent your share in the pool and since some of our pools have millions of dollars in liquidity your share may be very small.&#x20;

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>It says that I have "insufficient balance" to enter a pool</strong></summary>

Liquidity Pools are made up of two tokens in a 50:50 ratio based on value. This means that you must provide both token types to enter the pool. The two token types must be in the ratio, and you can see the number of each tokens on the add page.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I can't see my gains from providing liquidity</strong></summary>

You can see the token split of your LP tokens with portfolio trackers such as debank.com or when removing from the pool. To find your gain see the difference between what you entered the pool with and what you got when you removed.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Am I still earning pool fees if I have allocated my LP to the farm?</strong></summary>

Yes, you will still accrue trading fees on top of earning Farm rewards.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Rewards and APR are showing 0 in the farm.</strong></summary>

You may be viewing an outdated farm that has closed, you can withdraw your position from this Farm and find an alternative or you can continue to stake your LP Tokens to accrue Trading Fees&#x20;

</details>

<details>

<summary>What is Autopools? Why are they closed?</summary>

Auto-Pools were an automated liquidity manager built by LFJ which uses an algorithm to rebalance liquidity in a Liquidity Book Pool.&#x20;

LFJ Autopools on [Avalance](https://lfj.gg/avalanche/pool?tab=auto-pools) and [Arbitrum](https://lfj.gg/arbitrum/pool?tab=auto-pools) have been sunset, and rebalances are no longer active. You may claim any remaining funds deposited in autopools via the pools page. Your share will be&#x20;

When claiming your funds, you will receive back your proportionate share of the current asset composition, with any fees accrued.

## **Staking Issues** <a href="#h_52cf5adb89" id="h_52cf5adb89"></a>

<details>

<summary><strong>Where did my rewards go?</strong></summary>

* If you top up your existing JOE in sJOE your Stablecoin rewards will be auto-harvested
* This means that your Stablecoins will be added to your wallet automatically

</details>

***

## **Miscellaneous** <a href="#h_99242fbccb" id="h_99242fbccb"></a>

<details>

<summary><strong>I sent coins to a contract</strong></summary>

Sadly this is a costly mistake as these coins are unrecoverable. Our contracts are not designed to receive send transactions and there is no recovery system for this.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>All my coins and/or LP positions vanished</strong></summary>

In choosing to use a wallet for which you control, you become responsible for the security and safety of that wallet. If all your coins appear to have vanished you should check your transaction history on **Snowtrace** or **debank.com**.

If you see any transactions sending your coins to another wallet it is likely that you have been hacked or scammed. The three main ways this occurs are being scammed into giving away keys, approving a malicious or faulty contract and having your computer compromised through downloading a malicious file.&#x20;

Being a decentralised platform, we do not have the power to freeze funds or recover these in any way. We are sorry if this occurs to you and suggest that in the future you use a hardware wallet and a hot wallet, never give out keys and be very careful about what contracts you approve (and revoke doubtful contracts after).

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I can only see the header and footer of the site</strong></summary>

This is a rare loading error that seems to mainly occur in the Brave browser. You should clear the site data or cache.&#x20;

In Brave desktop: Click the padlock next to the URL top bar. Click "Site Settings" Press "Clear Data"

The other main cause is that you have two wallet extensions clashing with each other.

# Price Impact, Slippage and Safe Mode

Price Impact, Slippage and Safe Mode

### **Understanding Price Impact, Slippage, and Safe Mode** <a href="#h_a538bdc26d" id="h_a538bdc26d"></a>

**Price Impact**

* **Price Impact** is the change in a token price that is directly caused by your trade and reflects how much total liquidity is available for the token you are trading.&#x20;
* Price Impact is directly correlated with onchain liquidity. The more Liquidity held in liquidity pools, the lower your Price Impact may be and vice versa.&#x20;

**Price Slippage**

* Price Slippage is the change in token price between the *expected* price and the *executed* price that you receive.&#x20;
* Slippage is the change in actual tokens between what you expected to receive to what you actually received when executing a Swap.
* Slippage can occur:
  * During market volatility
  * Due to a lack of liquidity
* **Slippage Settings**
  * You can adjust your Slippage settings to reduce the % of Slippage during Trades. If a Trade experiences Slippage that is higher than your Slippage Settings, the Trade will revert and cancel.

**Safe Mode**

* If your Trade causes a price impact that is over 5% you will not be able to execute the Swap unless you turn off 'Safe Mode'. Turn off Safe Mode by clicking on the Settings button and then toggling off 'Safe Mode'.

### **What is Liquidity Book?** <a href="#h_3ea20f8e27" id="h_3ea20f8e27"></a>

Welcome to the world of decentralized finance, where innovation and efficiency meet to create groundbreaking trading experiences. At the heart of this evolution on the LFJ platform, is the Liquidity Book protocol, a cornerstone of the LFJ ecosystem.

You can think of Liquidity Book, as the engine inside of a car. Liquidity Book is underneath the LFJ platform connecting liquidity and trades to facilitate the various transactions taking place on the\
platform. Unlike traditional centralized exchanges, Liquidity Book doesn't rely on order books. Instead, it utilizes a Pool of funds, provided by users, to facilitate trades directly on the blockchain. This means quicker, more efficient transactions and a decentralized trading experience that puts you in control.

At LFJ, Liquidity Book stands out as a next-generation tool. It's designed to make trading tokens not just faster and more efficient but also more profitable for those who provide liquidity (the fuel that powers every trade). With its unique approach to managing and optimizing liquidity, it paves the way for everyone to benefit from the booming DeFi market.

So, whether you're a seasoned trader or just starting out, Liquidity Book offers an intuitive and rewarding way to engage with the world of decentralized finance. Let's dive in and explore how it's setting new standards in the DeFi universe.

To dive into the full details of Liquidity Book you can view the [linked whitepaper](https://github.com/traderjoe-xyz/LB-Whitepaper/blob/main/Joe%20v2%20Liquidity%20Book%20Whitepaper.pdf)

### **Liquidity Book Key Features** <a href="#h_c8a3525eff" id="h_c8a3525eff"></a>

Liquidity Book is more than just a trading platform; it's a hub of innovative features designed to benefit both traders and liquidity providers. Let's explore some of these key features:

* **Concentrated Liquidity:** Maximise your capital efficiency
* **Surge Pricing:** LIquidity Providers earn more
* **Bin Architecture:** Flexible Liquidity Management
* **Zero-slippage Swaps:** Traders get best trading rates

***

#### **Concentrated Liquidity** <a href="#h_bba514218a" id="h_bba514218a"></a>

Unlike traditional AMMs that spread liquidity across a wide price range, Liquidity Book allows liquidity providers to concentrate their funds within specific price ranges. This increases the efficiency of capital\
utilization which in turn helps to facilitate larger trades with less price slippage. For traders, this means more stable and predictable prices, while liquidity providers enjoy higher fee income potential.\

<figure><img src="/files/Qq5dkaBp78SKguTgChWi" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Surge Pricing** <a href="#h_b976315434" id="h_b976315434"></a>

In response to market volatility, Liquidity Book implements a dynamic surge pricing mechanism. This feature adjusts trading fees in real-time based on market conditions. For traders, this means a slight increase in trading costs during volatile conditions, but for liquidity providers, it translates to higher fee earning when the market is most active, compensating for the increased risks like impermanent loss.

<figure><img src="/files/BzPAwGgGiaGNB5j8rAlT" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Bins Architecture** <a href="#h_e1ebc06ddc" id="h_e1ebc06ddc"></a>

Liquidity Book uses a unique system of 'bins,' which are essentially segmented pools of liquidity at fixed price points. Each bin holds liquidity for a specific price point and every bin is aggregated together to form one complete Liquidity Pool. This innovative approach reduces price impact during trades, offering traders better price execution. For liquidity providers, the bins system allows for more\
strategic placement of funds, optimizing their earning potential based on market trends.

<figure><img src="/files/UAVX5JlYKCKbzTtqHzPo" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Zero Slippage Swaps** <a href="#h_12603c8402" id="h_12603c8402"></a>

On traditional AMMs, the price of assets depends entirely on a pool composition, which changes during the swap. This means that each purchase pushes the price higher while each sale decreases it. This\
process occurs during each swap, meaning traders get worse prices than the quoted ones experiencing "slippage". Thanks to its bin architecture Liquidity Book allows for swaps with zero slippage, meaning that advertised prices match the rates at which the trades were actually executed and as a Trader, zero slippage means your trade gets accurately priced and executes with greater efficiency.

# Liquidity Book DLMM Rewards

### **What is Concentrated Incentives?** <a href="#h_d4e0fa48ee" id="h_d4e0fa48ee"></a>

Concentrated Incentives (CI) is a reward mechanism that provides real-time rewards, using a fully onchain solution for Liquidity Providers in Liquidity Book Pools. The design of CI encourages Liquidity\
Providers to keep their liquidity, actively managed. CI is different from the existing Liquidity Book Rewards Program, as all Liquidity Providers can earn rewards instantly, as opposed to receiving a\
retroactive distribution following an offchain calculation. CI is therefore, a familiar 'v1' yield farming style of incentive design, but built for v2 (Concentrated Liquidity).

### **How does it work?** <a href="#h_54e6cd0d16" id="h_54e6cd0d16"></a>

Concentrated Incentives offers targeted rewards to liquidity providers, streamed in real-time to liquidity actively provided within the 'Reward Range'. This reward range is a fixed radius around the active bin and is specific to each Liquidity Book Pool. The reward range can vary from 1 bin to a maximum of 11 bins. Rewards are distributed proportionally based on the amount of liquidity provided. For instance, if one bin holds twice as much liquidity as the others within the reward range, it will receive twice as many rewards.

**Example:**

* If you hold 50% of the liquidity in the reward range, you'll earn 50% of the rewards
* If you hold 20% of the liquidity in the reward range, you'll earn 20% of the rewards

As the active bin moves with market fluctuations, the reward range adjusts in real-time according to price changes. Essentially, the reward range moves up and down with the active bin. This incentivization\
mechanism enhances liquidity depth at current market prices, as liquidity providers are directly incentivized to keep liquidity in the reward range.

<figure><img src="/files/MDiBGdd2f9pSetbnM8De" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

## Concentrated Incentives Features: <a href="#h_1fd39bf6f1" id="h_1fd39bf6f1"></a>

* **Enhanced Liquidity Depth:** By incentivizing Liquidity Providers to provide liquidity at and around current market prices, this helps to improve swap efficiency for Traders.&#x20;
* **Adaptive Incentives:** Rewards move in real-time with the price in the Liquidity Pool, this helps to encourage optimal liquidity distribution as and when the price moves.
* **Pool-Specific Flexibility:** Every Liquidity Book Pool can have a tailored reward range, ensuring the right conditions can be fostered for optimal liquidity distribution.
* **Real-Time Rewards:** Liquidity Providers can instantly earn rewards, without any delay unlike other existing incentive mechanisms on concentrated liquidity protocols.

***

### Step by step guide to get up and running <a href="#h_7d0e4b8eeb" id="h_7d0e4b8eeb"></a>

* **Search:** On the Pools page, search for a LB Liquidity Pool you wish to supply liquidity for with a 'Rewards' tag.
* **View Information:** The Pool Page will provide information about the Reward range. The quantity of bins in the reward range is also viewable, along with information on current reward amounts, total\
  liquidity in range, and estimated reward APR.&#x20;
* **Deploy Liquidity:** This can be within the reward range or in a range that covers the reward range as well. Your deployment strategy will determine your level of expectation around management of that\
  liquidity.&#x20;
* **Earn rewards:** Any liquidity you have deposited within the reward range will immediately begin accruing rewards. The rewarded bin range will also be viewable on the 'My Liquidity' section once you have deployed liquidity, so you can easily see what portion of your liquidity is earning rewards.

# Joe V1 Liquidity Pools

## **Contents** <a href="#h_68a6017346" id="h_68a6017346"></a>

* What exactly is a Liquidity Pool
* What is a 'V1' Liquidity Pool
* How to add Liquidity
* How to remove Liquidity
* Your Risks

***

### **How does a Liquidity Pool Work?** <a href="#h_5655771138" id="h_5655771138"></a>

A **liquidity pool** (LP) is a smart contract that holds two tokens, e.g. ETH and USDC tokens. Liquidity Pools are there to facilitate trading between the two tokens that are inside of the Liquidity Pool.\
Liquidity Pools therefore replace the need for Market Makers that facilitated trading on centralised exchanges. A decentralised exchange therefore uses an automated market maker (AMM), which is an algorithm executed by smart contracts that completes swaps which are performed by users on the decentralised exchange.

To summarise: A Liquidity Pool is what allows users to exchange between the two tokens automatically and in a permissionless manner using smart contracts.

#### **What is a V1 Liquidity Pool** <a href="#h_7bfd9e59f1" id="h_7bfd9e59f1"></a>

The V1 protocol is different to the Liquidity Book Protocol, both protocols are combined to offer different types of Liquidity Pools on the LFJ DEX but in short, the V1 protocol keeps an automated ratio of 0/50 tokens in a Liquidity Pool whereas Liquidity Book lets Liquidity Providers choose and manage any ratio of tokens inside a Liquidity Pool.

***

#### **Why Deposit Liquidity into a Liquidity Pool?** <a href="#h_6bca6d0a72" id="h_6bca6d0a72"></a>

Users do this so they can earn a share of the trading fees by depositing a pair of tokens into the LP (also known as "adding liquidity"). Users will receive an LP token, representing their share of the LP and that\
share of the LP entitles them to a proportionate share of any fees accrued.

**Pool APR** is the yield you accrue by adding liquidity to a Pool. V1 Liquidity Pools take 0.3% of all trading volume as fees. Of this 0.3%, 0.25% is shared between all Liquidity Providers and 0.05% is distributed\
to sJOE. Fees are added to the pool, accrue in real-time, and are automatically added onto your liquidity when you withdraw your liquidity from the Liquidity Pool. Providing liquidity is not without risk, as you may be exposed to *impermanent loss (IL).*

***

### **Tutorial: How to add Liquidity to a Pool?** <a href="#h_a0eae8ca30" id="h_a0eae8ca30"></a>

1. Go to the Pools page
2. Find your prefered liquidity pool, this will depend on the tokens you hold
3. Click into the Pool to enter the Pool page (image below)
4. Add your Tokens by selecting quantities, this will need to be a perfect 50/50 ratio
5. Click Approve/Confirm to initiate the Transaction in your Wallet&#x20;
6. Done! You are now earning your share of Trading Fees generated by the Pool!

<figure><img src="/files/y9LvZuCebLIp7CrwUNKS" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Tutorial: How to Remove Liquidity from a Pool?** <a href="#h_eb5c9be2a8" id="h_eb5c9be2a8"></a>

Head to the Pool you wish to remove tokens from and hit 'Remove Liquidity'. Now enter the required Tokens to remove or use one of the pre-selected % buttons (The ratio of tokens needed will be automatically filled). Once you have selected the amount to remove, you will need to approve the transaction in order to remove the Tokens. Your wallet will provide you with Confirmation requests, once completed you will have your original Tokens back in your wallet.

<figure><img src="/files/xX80pCHCv8AVZps00NuO" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

## **Impermanent Loss (IL)** <a href="#h_41242ea844" id="h_41242ea844"></a>

Providing Liquidity comes with a risk of Impermanent loss. This occurs when you provide liquidity to a pool containing two different assets in equal value.

#### **What is Impermanent Loss?** <a href="#h_195329f0e1" id="h_195329f0e1"></a>

* When you deposit assets in a liquidity pool, their ratio is set at 50/50.
* If the price of one asset changes compared to when you deposited, the ratio of assets in the pool changes to maintain a balance.&#x20;
* This can lead to 'impermanent loss' because the value of your deposited assets may become less than if you had just held onto them separately.
* Impermanent Loss is not permanent and it can be reversed if more fees are earned on the position
* Impermanent Loss is only permanent, when you withdraw from a Liquidity Book, you are essentially crystallizing those losses.&#x20;

***

#### **Your Risk as a Liquidity Provider** <a href="#h_60e3029d09" id="h_60e3029d09"></a>

1. **Price Volatility**: The greater the price change of one asset relative to the other, the larger the potential impermanent loss. This is a significant risk in volatile markets.
2. **Opportunity Cost**: You might lose out on potential gains you could have had if you simply held the assets outside the pool.&#x20;
3. **Temporary Nature**: The loss is 'impermanent' because it only realizes if you withdraw your assets from the pool. If prices return to their original levels when you entered the pool, the loss can be reversed.
4. **Dependent on Pool Dynamics**: The extent of impermanent loss depends on the specific dynamics and rules of the liquidity pool you're participating in.

# $JOE Token

# Staking

## **What is JOE Staking?** <a href="#h_dbd1279929" id="h_dbd1279929"></a>

JOE staking is a single-sided staking product that provides users with a non-dilutive real yield, paid in $USDC Stablecoins. All rewards distributed come from the collected fees accrued from trading activity\
on the platform.

### **Earn your share of Platform Trading Fees** <a href="#h_2f22f6f8eb" id="h_2f22f6f8eb"></a>

For every swap on the DEX, a small fee is charged. This fee is distributed in part to Liquidity Providers, with a smaller percentage of that fee held back and distributed to JOE stakers. Swap fees typically\
range from 0.01% up to 0.8% of the total amount that is being trading. Typically, the higher the trading volume, the higher the fee capture.

#### **Protocol Fees** <a href="#h_17d6719df8" id="h_17d6719df8"></a>

The % of fees distributed to JOE stakers, will depend on the type of Liquidity pool that is capturing the trading fees. Each Liquidity pool will have a 'Protocol Fee' that can be viewed on the analytics page of\
the specific Liquidity Pool. The Protocol Fee is the % of fees accrued by the Liquidity Pool, that will be distributed to JOE stakers. This fee typically ranges from 0% to 25%. (See below image as an example).

<figure><img src="/files/tpBBEGOPnFJNKKRJqGTz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**💡 The Protocol Fee is not fixed and can be changed**

#### **Example Swap and Fees Accrued:** <a href="#h_afd88410ab" id="h_afd88410ab"></a>

* Swap fee for $AVAX is charged at 0.2bp (0.2%)
* User swaps $100 USDC into $AVAX and is charged a $0.20 trading fee
* The Liquidity Pool that facilitated the swap has a 10% Protocol Fee attached
* The $0.20 fee taken therefore has $0.02 distributed directly to JOE stakers with the remaining $0.18 fee distributed directly to Liquidity Providers.

### **How to Stake into JOE Staking** <a href="#h_a7e2cb46a5" id="h_a7e2cb46a5"></a>

*JOE Staking can be accessed on Avalanche. With fees accrued across the chain distributed.*

3. Deposit your JOE Tokens
4. Confirm any Wallet Transactions
5. Congratulations, you are now Staking!

### **JOE Staking** <a href="#h_2ee02b04ab" id="h_2ee02b04ab"></a>

* Single sided staking with JOE tokens
* Deposit and withdraw JOE at any time, with no lock ups or fees
* There is no receipt token when depositing JOE into the staking pool
* Rewards are distributed every few days, you can claim your rewards at any time

<figure><img src="/files/u8cULZ43gBBp5JD0YPao" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **How much can I earn?** <a href="#h_71adfb9f24" id="h_71adfb9f24"></a>

JOE staking rewards you with a share of all platform revenue generated depending on your share of the pool. Your share of the pool is determined by how many JOE tokens you have staked into JOE staking,\
relative to all other JOE Tokens.

* JOE Stakers receive rewards proportional to their share of staked JOE.
* Rewards are variable and based on trading fees accrued on the platform, more trading volume will result in more fees captured

*💡 Calculation: userRewardRate = userJoe / totalJoe \* JoeRewardRate.*

#### **Topping Up** <a href="#h_2c3e8d8f11" id="h_2c3e8d8f11"></a>

* You can top up your existing staked amount of JOE to increase your\
  share of rewards
* When you top up your JOE tokens, you will automatically claim any pending rewards you may have. Claimed rewards automatically enter your Wallet.

# Bridging Your Joe Tokens

## **Bridging JOE Tokens using LayerZero**  <a href="#h_a59a21e398" id="h_a59a21e398"></a>

#### **Introduction** <a href="#h_143011cfac" id="h_143011cfac"></a>

This guide will walk you through the process of bridging your JOE tokens using the LayerZero bridge on the LFJ Decentralized Exchange (DEX). This process allows you to seamlessly transfer JOE tokens between different blockchains supported by LFJ and LayerZero.

#### **Prerequisites** <a href="#h_8b812336eb" id="h_8b812336eb"></a>

* Ensure you have a compatible wallet (like MetaMask) installed and set up.
* Have some JOE tokens and a small amount of the native cryptocurrency of the blockchain you are using (e.g., AVAX on Avalanche) for transaction fees.

***

## **Step by Step Process: Bridging your JOE Tokens** <a href="#h_531b7c887a" id="h_531b7c887a"></a>

#### **1. Connect Your Wallet** <a href="#h_fddcd83200" id="h_fddcd83200"></a>

On the LFJ platform, ensure your Wallet is connected. Connect your wallet by clicking on the 'Connect Wallet' button in the top right and selecting your wallet provider, such as Metamask, Rabby, Core or other.&#x20;

#### **2. Access the LayerZero Bridge** <a href="#h_de174a8c03" id="h_de174a8c03"></a>

Once your wallet is connected, navigate to the LayerZero bridge interface on the LFJ DEX. This can be found under a menu labeled 'Bridge' as seen in the below image.

<figure><img src="/files/0AARuZfpwB7jNomzzcYK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **3. Choose Your Chains** <a href="#h_cb4f144d36" id="h_cb4f144d36"></a>

Select the destination chain (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) to which you want to bridge your JOE tokens. In the below image example JOE is being transferred from Avalanche to Arbitrum.

<figure><img src="/files/F8ZtaVdKTKOUFRjQM1k4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **4. Enter Amounts** <a href="#h_1ae68f5986" id="h_1ae68f5986"></a>

Once you have selected chains, you'll need to confirm how much JOE you want to bridge. You can select any amount of JOE you have, just type in your sum.

**⚠️ Common Issue:** In some cases you may have to remove decimal points and transfer a whole number. EG: instead of transfering 100.04535252 transfer 100 (delete numbers after the decimal point).

#### **5. Gas on Destination** <a href="#h_deddda6495" id="h_deddda6495"></a>

If you are transferring to a new blockchain you have not yet been on, you will need the native blockchain network gas token. In the case of Arbitrum, you'll need some ETH. You can do that while transfering your\
JOE tokens, using LayerZeros infrastructure to facilitate a swap for you that gives you some gas when your JOE tokens arrive.

**To utilise this feature:** select "**Add**" and enter in any amount of gas tokens you want, such as 0.01 ETH.

<figure><img src="/files/tV7nNg3iiNh5xcWg94ul" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **6. Final Check** <a href="#h_f5b9fd5c4d" id="h_f5b9fd5c4d"></a>

Review the final transaction and press "Transfer". LayerZero bridge will provide you with an estimated time of arrival, which should be a number of seconds. Depending on network congestion, this could take\
longer.

<figure><img src="/files/0WlESBe4qOu6tSk6JBjF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once the transfer is complete, check your wallet on the destination chain to confirm receipt of your bridged JOE tokens. the UI will provide you with a transaction link, enabling you to check the blockchain\
explorer for verifiable confirmation of its completion.&#x20;

# LFJ Roadmap 2026

[POE](/poe-propamm) is an onchain DEX designed by LFJ to deliver **fast execution and strong prices** across **stables, crypto, and future markets like RWAs**.

#### 💎 Why it matters

* **Traders:** reliable liquidity and competitive execution
* **LPs:** structured participation with clear rules and transparent performance
* **Builders (apps + AI agents):** programmatic access to pricing, vaults, and market signals

#### 🚢 What we are shipping first

POE launches with **vault-based liquidity**:

* Vaults operate with **capped TVL** to support sustainable incentives.
* Access starts with a **whitelist phase**.
* Users can view vaults and analytics, apply for access, and (if approved) deposit, withdraw, and claim fees and incentives.

***

#### 🛣️ Roadmap

**Q1 2026 — Launch foundation**

* Launch on **MONAD** with initial vaults with white-list only access
* Establish core vault flows (deposit, withdraw, claims)
* Publish an initial analytics surface for vault performance

**Q2 2026 — Expand participation + open integrations**

* Expand the whitelist program to scalable vault onboarding
* Expand analytics and reporting for traders and LPs
* Expand to **BASE** and **BSC**
* Release **developer APIs** for discovery and integration (vaults, pricing, market signals)
* Enable integrations for **AI agents** that can:
  * Monitor vault conditions and market changes
  * Route liquidity and trades across venues
  * Power automated strategies within clearly defined guardrails

**Q3 2026 — New markets**

* Expand to additional assets (e.g., BTC, ETH)

**Q4 2026 — Decentralized data primitives**

* Add **decentralized price oracles** to strengthen resiliency and expand market coverage

***

### 🏦 Staking Revenues

We believe that the future of DEX AMMs will be more active and less reliant on giant pools of static, passive liquidity. The old model relied on token incentives to make up for the value loss LP participants lost to toxic flow. Not only will pricing be more dynamic, so too will fee models, and as such, the protocol share to token stakers.

* Dynamic fees and protocol fees to accrue to JOE token stakers
* Vault management fees also to accrue to JOE token stakers.

# POE (PropAMM)

POE is a **Prop-AMM** that combines multivenue-driven pricing to deliver the most accurate and efficient swaps.

### What is a Prop AMM?

Proprietary AMMs are liquidity pools where the price is computed by aggregating multiple sources, rather than relying on reserve ratios alone. This approach is highly capital efficient: overcoming traditional liquidity pools impermanent loss and MEV extraction.

**POE's approach:** Vaults provide liquidity, while POE handles pricing quotes. This separation enables capital-efficient swaps with deep liquidity.

### How POE Works

<figure><img src="/files/yDhNooumCxl33xXSRKsv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

POE is built on **OraclePool** — a smart contract implementing the **Concentrated Liquidity Constant Product (CLCP)** model.

#### The Two-Layer System

| Layer         | Who                            | Role                                                |
| ------------- | ------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pricing** | Market Maker (Oracle Operator) | Sets reference price, concentration range, and fees |
| **Liquidity** | Community (Anyone) | Deposits tokens, earns swap fees |

#### Price Calculation

The execution price comes from both components:

1. **Oracle data** — The operator sets a center price (P) and concentration factor (α), defining the price range **\[P/α, P×α]**
2. **Pool reserves** — Determine the exact price within that range based on supply/demand

This hybrid model keeps prices tight to market while maintaining permissionless trading.

### Why POE?

* **No traditional impermanent loss** — Algorithm-driven pricing protects liquidity providers
* **No MEV leakage** — Prices update faster than arbitrageurs can extract value
* **Fast price updates** — Price feeds are updated and aligned with external markets

### Key Features

#### Best Execution Price

Algorithm-driven pricing keeps execution prices tightly aligned with external markets, delivering better rates than traditional AMMs.

#### High Throughput

Designed for volume. The gas-efficient oracle update mechanism supports high-frequency price adjustments without excessive costs.

#### Easy Integration

Callback-based swap interface enables straightforward aggregator integration and composability with other DeFi protocols.

### Network

POE is deployed on **Monad**, a high-performance EVM-compatible blockchain where the gas economics make frequent oracle updates viable.

# Liquidity Book Guides

# Deploying, Managing and Rebalancing Liquidity

## **How do I earn fees and what is the active bin?** <a href="#h_26d82f33d3" id="h_26d82f33d3"></a>

The active bin is the currently live 'market price' of the assets in a Liquidity Pool. Only the active bin consists of both tokens and only the active bin earns trading fees. Therefore when providing liquidity, it is important to always have Liquidity inside the active bin to ensure trading fees are being accrued. Once the price moves to a different bin, the previous active bin becomes inactive and stops acquiring fees.

<figure><img src="/files/DMJr8K6L63l4mCZr3IXi" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Earning Fees** <a href="#h_c0005dbb7c" id="h_c0005dbb7c"></a>

When you provide liquidity in Liquidity Book, you automatically earn fees whenever swaps are made. Your position accrues and compounds these fees instantly, eliminating the need for manual claims. This seamless process ensures your earnings grow effortlessly.

***

## **How do I rebalance?** <a href="#h_3178033bbc" id="h_3178033bbc"></a>

To continue to receive trading fees, liquidity providers need to rebalance their liquidity if their liquidity moves out of the active range. This is done by removing tokens from inactive bins and depositing\
into the current active bins that represents the assets current market price. Liquidity Book makes this process easy, by giving you the option to either add to your existing position or to withdraw and redeploy some or all of your liquidity.

### **What are some considerations when re-balancing?** <a href="#h_0fc014a7b7" id="h_0fc014a7b7"></a>

* **Costs:** Rebalancing involves paying for gas and buying and selling assets, which can incur trading fees. It can be helpful to consider these costs when deciding how frequently to rebalance.
* **Market conditions:** Rebalancing on Liquidity Book should take into account market conditions, as different market conditions may require different rebalancing strategies. For example, in a volatile market, an LP may need to rebalance more frequently.

***

## **Deploy Liquidity in just Five steps** <a href="#h_5703ac240e" id="h_5703ac240e"></a>

Liquidity over the desired range. Using Batch Liquidity Deployment, you can deploy liquidity over a wide range, enabling a more passive approach to Liquidity Provisioning.

<figure><img src="/files/gjVyFfq1olRRiOOWnGLM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## **Removing Liquidity** <a href="#h_22f8fcbef3" id="h_22f8fcbef3"></a>

There are Four options to remove Liquidity

* Remove both Tokens from the Pool
* Remove the first Token
* Remove the second Token
* Remove Tokens from specific bins

To remove liquidity, simply select 'Remove Liquidity' on the Pool page that you have supplied into. You will then have three options you select, simply select one of these and then define how much liquidity\
you would like to remove (or select Remove all).

To remove tokens from specific bins, simply enter the price points that you wish to remove tokens from. This feature gives you extra liquidity for managing your position, you may find this useful if you plan to\
rebalance your existing liquidity position.

#### **Risks when managing liquidity** <a href="#h_5c27956fce" id="h_5c27956fce"></a>

Engaging in providing Liquidity using the Liquidity Book protocol involves risks, including but not limited to impermanent loss, smart contract vulnerabilities, systemic failures, liquidity crunches, regulatory changes, market volatility, and operational errors. **Your capital is at risk; only invest funds you can afford to lose**. No assurance or guarantee is provided, and LPs assume all responsibility for their investments. Seek independent financial advice as needed.

# Permissionless Liquidity Book Pools

In this article you can learn how to open a new liquidity pool and also understand the difference between V1 / V2 as well as the 'BPs' for V2 pools.

## **Open a Pool** <a href="#h_b08179b569" id="h_b08179b569"></a>

Navigate to the Pool page and select '**Create New Pool**'. You will be presented with two options 'V1' and 'V2'. **Select V2** to start your market setup for a Liquidity Book Pool.

<figure><img src="/files/xf61QAKTzb4sfcO7dv8G" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **What is the difference between V1 and V2?** <a href="#h_50d2b084e3" id="h_50d2b084e3"></a>

**V1** will setup a Liquidity Pool on the x\*y=k AMM. This AMM maintains a 50/50 balance of tokens in the Liquidity Pool by spreading the assets over a price curve from $0 to infinity. If you are setting up a pool\
for a brand new token on the DEX, this is likely you're best choice for a new pool as the AMM always keeps your tokens balanced.&#x20;

**V2** will setup a Liquidity Book Pool, this is a pool that allows liquidity providers to concentrate their liquidity, increasing capital efficiency of their assets significantly but at an increased risk and responsibility that requires all liquidity to be managed and kept within range.

## **V2: Setting up a Pool** <a href="#h_4eb21bf979" id="h_4eb21bf979"></a>

Selecting V2 when you create a new pool will present you with some key options that let you select your chosen Tokens and your Bin Step configuration.

**What are Base Assets and Quote Assets?**

* Token X = Base Asset
* Token Y = Quote Asset

The **Base Asset** can be any token that you decide, this is the token that you are pairing directly with a Quote Asset. The **Quote Asset** is the Token that is used to price the Base Asset and will only be defined\
to certain tokens, such as AVAX, ETH or USDC.

*Quote Assets are restricted to key tokens to ensure liquidity + routing is kept optimal.*

<figure><img src="/files/NJgK00QF2Luh8lCsFrqa" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**What is Bps (Bin Step) and what is best for my pool?**

Every Liquidity Pool is composed of 'bins' that act as containers for liquidity, each Bin represents a fixed price point for the assets in the Pool. Bins are aggregated to form a liquidity pool with a complete price\
curve for the assets. Every Bin has a gap between them, this gap is essentially the price jump between each Bin, this is called the Bin Step.

**Example of 20bps (0.2%) discretisation:**

* ARB - USDC Bin 1: $1.21464
* ARB - USDC Bin 2: $1.21707

**Comparison Example:**

Liquidity deployed over 20 bins in a 100bps (0.8%) pool will cover a 22% price range whereas liquidity deployed over 20 bins in a 20bps (0.2%) pool which would cover 4% price range.

<figure><img src="/files/Mmmplzf23eKUoPVBjnCM" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If you are opening a brand new Liquidity Book Pool for your token, you may want to consider opening a pool with a higher discretisation as it will likely be an easier experience managing the liquidity position and keeping it within range.

## V2: Finalize and Launch your Pool <a href="#h_4463bfe6d8" id="h_4463bfe6d8"></a>

Once you have defined your Tokens and Bin Step configuration, you are ready to create your pool. the final step before launching is to define the current active market price. This is an important step as entering in the wrong price of your assets will lead to initialization of the Liquidity Book pool with an inaccurate market price that may result in loss of funds.

**Check the Active Price** and ensure it is the correct price that is reflective of the market. If you enter in the wrong active price, your funds will likely be arbitraged and you will not be able to recover your\
funds.

# Your Risks as a Liquidity Provider

## Your Risks as a Liquidity Provider

## **Contents** <a href="#h_840630bd99" id="h_840630bd99"></a>

* Disclaimer
* Key Risks to you as a Liquidity Provider
* Divergence Loss (Impermanent Loss)

***

### **Ensure you are familiar with your risks** <a href="#h_e3041a0aa3" id="h_e3041a0aa3"></a>

Before deciding to become a liquidity provider (LP) in a Liquidity Book Automated Market Maker (AMM), you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and, therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. It is essential to be aware of all the risks\
associated with liquidity provision in decentralized finance (DeFi) and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

***

### **The key risks you should consider** <a href="#h_6222f78501" id="h_6222f78501"></a>

1. **Impermanent Loss**: When the price of your deposited assets changes compared to when you deposited them, there can be a temporary loss in value known as impermanent loss. The final outcome of your investment could be less than your initial deposit if you decide to withdraw your funds.
2. **Smart Contract Risks**: The protocols are based on smart contracts that are immutable once deployed. While they are often audited and tested, there is no absolute guarantee that they are free from vulnerabilities or bugs. This can pose a risk of funds being lost due to exploited vulnerabilities.
3. **Systemic Risks**: The DeFi ecosystem is interconnected, and failures or issues within one protocol can have cascading effects throughout the system.
4. **Liquidity Risks**: There may be times when it is difficult to exit your position due to insufficient liquidity in the market, which could lead to losses, especially if you are trying to exit during a market downturn.&#x20;
5. **Regulatory Risks**: The regulatory environment for DeFi is still evolving. Changes in laws or regulations can unexpectedly affect the legality and mechanics of DeFi protocols and could potentially cause loss or closure of the platform.
6. **Market Risks**: The highly volatile nature of cryptocurrency markets can lead to wide fluctuations in the value of assets provided as liquidity. These market conditions can significantly affect the profitability of liquidity provision.
7. **Operational Risks**: Errors or failures in the execution of transactions can occur, leading to potential losses.

By becoming a Liquidity Provider using Liquidity Book, you affirm that you understand and accept these risks, and you agree that the protocol, its developers, or other LPs are not liable for any losses you may incur.

***

### **Divergence Loss (Impermanent Loss)** <a href="#h_f70e069357" id="h_f70e069357"></a>

Concentrated liquidity allows users to capture more fees with significantly less liquidity. The trade-off is the added risk of divergence between the assets in a Liquidity Pool.

### **Examples:** <a href="#h_1beb6888ce" id="h_1beb6888ce"></a>

* Token A: $100
* Token B: $1

```
Alice provides $1000 in liquidity, as 5 A + 500 B, at price 99.9 - 100.1 range.
```

### Scenario 1: Token A increases to $200, Token B stays at $1 <a href="#h_b712908f82" id="h_b712908f82"></a>

| <p><br>Token A</p> | Token B | Value  | Imp. Loss |       |

| Liquidity Book     | 10      | 0      | $500      | 33.3% |

The above scenarios highlight the differing factors of divergence loss and how they can be magnified when using Liquidity Book (Concentrated Liquidity) versus simply holding or executing a 50/50 strategy on Joe V1.

Managing concentrated liquidity involves significant risk and is not suitable for all DeFi participants. The nature of concentrated liquidity positions can lead to increased exposure to market volatility, impermanent loss, and other financial risks. This activity should only be undertaken by those who have a comprehensive understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and are prepared to accept the possibility of substantial losses, including the potential loss of all invested capital. The information provided here does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort\
of advice and should not be treated as such.

### **Liquidity Shapes and Strategies** <a href="#h_206807722b" id="h_206807722b"></a>

The Liquidity Book AMM, built by LFJ, opens up new yield opportunities for your liquidity. The innovative design of the Liquidity Book means that, as a liquidity provider, you can achieve maximum capital\
efficiency through unparalleled levels of flexibility and customization when deploying your liquidity.

Deploying and managing liquidity using the Liquidity Book offers you endless possibilities. Just take a look at the video below to see some of the options available to you.

<figure><img src="/files/bthwQ8hFHFIZVrs0yVbL" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **What exactly is a Liquidity Shape?** <a href="#h_fb0276ba93" id="h_fb0276ba93"></a>

You may be curious about what constitutes a "liquidity shape." Typically, when you deposit your liquidity into a pool, you distribute your tokens across selected price points. However, the Liquidity Book is distinct in that it allows you to construct varying "shapes" by allocating different amounts of tokens at diverse price points that are referred to as 'bins'. Each bin represents a fixed price pool in a Liquidity Pool and when you deploy your Liquidity, you will be defining your range by selecting bins. This concept is known as building a liquidity shape.

Custom liquidity shapes allow liquidity providers to tailor strategies to their risk preferences, market outlook and time horizons. There is no right or wrong liquidity shape -- each one will perform the best\
depending on your own management of your position and also market conditions.

Below is a high level Liquidity Shapes, each specific bar you see in the liquidity shape is one bin and each bin represents a fixed price point. The below image outlines the three core shapes you can deploy, with an overview detailing the key use-case of each shape.

<figure><img src="/files/LEEeWu0BbKZioCWr0R6G" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

*Please note that providing concentrated liquidity can come with large risk of impermanent loss if a position is not monitored closely. No strategy deployed will prevent the possibility of Impermanent Loss. **You must monitor your position.***

***

#### **Earning Fees: The Active Bin** <a href="#h_1f01455233" id="h_1f01455233"></a>

The main aim for any Liquidity Provider is to earn fees captured by the trading activity that occurs in a Liquidity Pool. To earn fees using Liquidity Book, your liquidity must be within range. If your liquidity\
is in range, you will see the 'active bin' which is visualised on the UI as being split by two colours, see the image below for further clarity on how the 'active bin' will appear on the UI.

To enhance your earning potential, you are expected to manage your liquidity, keeping it balanced and within range. Liquidity Shapes and the strategies you deploy and how you go about managing your liquidity, are all key to how you earn fees.

<figure><img src="/files/Z044D9HF0UzCjkMLpKRd" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Learn more about the unique shapes and strategies** <a href="#h_d1cc0a6a61" id="h_d1cc0a6a61"></a>

The guide below is split between Basic and Advanced strategies.

**Basic strategies:** The most suited for users who are just getting familiar with concentrated liquidity, the Liquidity Book and its bin architecture. They can be deployed in one click using the LFJ interface and don't require any advanced knowledge.&#x20;

**Advanced strategies**: Combine two or more basic shapes to achieve even more granular control over liquidity. They are more difficult to deploy and carry greater risks but can yield better rewards.

**Single side strategies:** By deploying just one side of the market, you can execute entry/exit to a specific token on the other side of the market. Utilising the different shapes available will further enhance\
your efficiency of how you enter/exit a token.

*Below is an example of the different types of shapes and ranges you can deploy*

#### **Risks when managing liquidity** <a href="#h_ba0b7c3ac2" id="h_ba0b7c3ac2"></a>

# Liquidity Strategies: Basic

## Liquidity Strategies: Basic

**If you are new to Liquidity Book and are familiarising yourself with Liquidity Shapes, this document assumes you have read the following introduction:** An Introduction to Liquidity Shapes

***

### **Overview of Spot Shapes** <a href="#h_905f9e2770" id="h_905f9e2770"></a>

Spot is the most popular Liquidity Shape available as it is the easiest to deploy and manage. Using the Spot shape will deploy your liquidity in a uniform distribution ensuring that you have an equal proportion of your liquidity spread over your chosen range. This ensures that your liquidity formation remains versatile and risk-adjusted to suit any type of assets in a liquidity pool and market conditions. Below are example strategies using Spot, covering popular deployment ranges. Scroll down further as we dive into the details covering advantages, drawbacks and considerations when deploying these strategies.

<figure><img src="/files/GbRKtvtbu6sNIrrMLXPH" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Spot: Concentrated** <a href="#h_4da82fb239" id="h_4da82fb239"></a>

***The Concentrated shape is designed for risk-takers who know what they are doing and want to maximise their rewards.***&#x20;

This is the most concentrated shape, which makes it suitable only for stablecoin pairs. It offers the highest capital efficiency, as all liquidity is concentrated within one to three bins.

The Concentrated shape can generate extensive fees in the right conditions but carries the highest risk of IL and requires rebalancing on every price move.

<figure><img src="/files/h8snFst44g9UL5dG3XZb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Spot: Wide** <a href="#h_60a96eda7a" id="h_60a96eda7a"></a>

***The Wide shape is perfect for liquidity providers who are new to the Liquidity Book and those who are looking to rebalance not more often than every few days.***

Deploy a Wide Shape, which can be defined as a range that is approximately covering 20 to 50 bins, this strategy carries a lower amount of risk as it gives you a wide coverage to capture any volatility in the price of the assets, helping you to earn fees during volatility.

Spot will uniformly distribute liquidity across your chosen range and provide a steady stream of fees for the liquidity provider, even when the price changes significantly (providing it sticks within your\
deployed range).

<figure><img src="/files/YjeuknSP6KeMvbWc8IJZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Spot: Ultra Wide** <a href="#h_5176d9016a" id="h_5176d9016a"></a>

***The Ultra Wide shape is made for those who are looking to absolutely minimise the amount of rebalances they have to perform.***&#x20;

The Wide shape taken to the extreme, Spot - Ultra Wide is the ultimate "set and forget" strategy for the Liquidity Book. It uniformly distributes liquidity across hundreds of bins, ensuring that the price stays within range no matter what.

To accommodate for a wider range, which makes this shape the closest to the "traditional" x\*y=k distribution, liquidity for the Ultra Wide is deployed in multiple "batches", with each batch represented by a separate transaction.

<figure><img src="/files/RAXqrd1HVRreNcqA5ILo" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Curve** <a href="#h_1234a07963" id="h_1234a07963"></a>

***The Curve is a great shape for those who aren't afraid of frequent rebalances but still want to manage their exposure and aren't prepared to bet everything on one bin.***

The Curve shape offers a middle ground between Concentrated and Spread shapes. It still concentrates the bulk of liquidity around the single price point but distributes a portion of it in the surrounding bins.

This shape allows users to continue to earn fees from short-term price volatility while taking maximum advantage of the LB's capital efficiency. It is the most suitable for stable pairs with soft pegs but can also be used at key price levels of volatile pairs.

<figure><img src="/files/lNrbSIAV438U89QqpoAE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Bid-Ask** <a href="#h_9543d7a4a1" id="h_9543d7a4a1"></a>

***Liquidity Providers who are prepared to take their experience to the next step and are ready to take some risks will find Bid-Ask shape to be a powerful tool.***

The Bid-Ask shape is the most complex out of all the Basic ones. It is designed to capture volatility around the defined price, maximising the fees as long as the market fluctuates within your deployed range.

Similar to the Curve strategy, this shape requires continuous rebalances to remain effective -- if there is no volatility or the price leaves the range, the shape needs to be adjusted.

<figure><img src="/files/o6MxZNQtu1LCHlfqS80k" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Risks when managing liquidity** <a href="#h_21b2f5398f" id="h_21b2f5398f"></a>

# Liquidity Strategies: Complex

## Liquidity Strategies: Complex

**If you are new to Liquidity Book and are familiarising yourself with Liquidity Shapes, this document assumes you have read the following introduction and in addition, have some level of experience managing concentrated liquidity positions.**

## **Contents** <a href="#h_722b790a6a" id="h_722b790a6a"></a>

* Introduction
* Ranged Limit Orders
* De-peg Bets
* DCA and Earn
* Dollar Cost Average In/Out (DCA)
* Buy or Sell Walls
* Your Risks

***

### **Introduction** <a href="#h_4ad193908a" id="h_4ad193908a"></a>

Using Liquidity Book, you can create and deploy any shape you desire to execute your perfect liquidity strategy. The strategy can be further enhanced using the onchain limit orders, unlocking further  possibilities.&#x20;

Below are some examples of more advanced strategies that can be executed using the most customizable and versatile AMM in DeFi.

***

### **Ranged Limit Orders** <a href="#h_6a3180111c" id="h_6a3180111c"></a>

Multiple Spot Limit Orders can be deployed at specified intervals to scale in or out of the position at important price points.&#x20;

This Shape is the most suitable for active liquidity providers, who are more interested in trading tokens rather than earning passive fees from volume.

<figure><img src="/files/js7AjMDhHmZs49cmp7YR" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **De-peg Bets** <a href="#h_fcbf0266e3" id="h_fcbf0266e3"></a>

Not all stablecoins are always stable, and two Spot Shapes can be combined to catch any potential depeg and earn some fees while doing so. As most people provide liquidity only at the peg, this shape can generate a disproportionate fee if the bet is correct.&#x20;

This shape can be deployed as regular liquidity to capture continuous volatility around the specific price point or as a combination of one-time limit orders if any potential depeg is expected to be short-lived.

<figure><img src="/files/occhKqWewkyrUkHTLrRv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **DCA and Earn** <a href="#h_4adddeab52" id="h_4adddeab52"></a>

One of the significant advantages of Liquidity Book's flexibility is its ability to allow users to easily DCA. Liquidity providers can combine Bid-Ask, Spot, and Curve shapes to create strategies that perfectly suit\
them.

A limit order to start buying if the price hits a specific point can be combined with a wide-range spot liquidity for passive fee income.

<figure><img src="/files/uFRKVtJwjOCRRM0R03xy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Dollar Cost Average In/Out (DCA)** <a href="#h_0955b58ad6" id="h_0955b58ad6"></a>

DCA Shapes can be perfect for those who want to acquire large amounts of tokens with zero slippage or simply prefer to exit or enter their positions while being paid. A one-sided Curve or Bid-Ask shape can be\
deployed alone or in combination with other strategies to achieve the desired Average Cost. If preferable, liquidity can be deployed as a limit order so that tokens are withdrawn from liquidity once the conversion is complete.

<figure><img src="/files/5oQCRgseGr3tfKCYE9RF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Buy or Sell Walls** <a href="#h_0955b58ad6" id="h_0955b58ad6"></a>

Using a Spot shape on one side of the pair can allow liquidity providers to create a Buy or Sell Wall. This Shape can be used at support or resistance lines to maximize fee acquisition. This shape can also serve\
as a unidirectional bet on a depeg or a variation of the DCA strategy.&#x20;

Liquidity Walls can be used by individuals but also by protocols who are looking to ensure the minimum price wall for their native token and perform "automated" buybacks when the price dips.

<figure><img src="/files/Esj8hWAaRv4VzEtYVT16" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### **Your Risks** <a href="#h_5f1f5d0d07" id="h_5f1f5d0d07"></a>

Engaging in providing Liquidity using the Liquidity Book protocol involves risks, including but not limited to impermanent loss, smart contract vulnerabilities, systemic failures, liquidity crunches, regulatory changes, market volatility, and operational errors. **Your capital is at risk; only invest funds you can afford to lose**. ## **Contents** <a href="#h_6ad67f3b98" id="h_6ad67f3b98"></a>

* Single-Sided Strategy Pros and Cons
* How to place a Single-Side of liquidity
* Your Risk Warnings

***

## **What is a 'Single-Sided Strategy' ?** <a href="#h_ff5c424f13" id="h_ff5c424f13"></a>

In most decentralized exchanges, liquidity providers (LPs) must provide two assets to a liquidity pool. However, Liquidity Book allows for single-sided liquidity, enabling LPs to contribute just one type of\
asset to a pool, unlocking new types of liquidity strategies. In this article, we explore how to place a single-side of liquidity and the pros and cons of doing so.

Placing a single side of liquidity using Liquidity Book, would typically give you a shape that looks like one of the below:

<figure><img src="/files/n47cVrIwKIMCoRPoG4Oz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Advantages of deploying a Single Side** <a href="#h_2dcf77b0e3" id="h_2dcf77b0e3"></a>

Single-sided liquidity allows you to stay exposed to just one asset, which is beneficial if you have a strong preference or bullish outlook for that particular asset. It is therefore perfect use of a single side\
deployment if you are aiming to enter/exit a token in favor of the other token in the liquidity pool.

EG if you have 100 USDC you want to trade that for eg AVAX, you can deposit your 100 USDC and if the market moves in your favor, in this case if the price of AVAX falls relative to USDC, your USDC will convert into AVAX tokens.

<figure><img src="/files/LTtFx78lutA2uLBAbZ3y" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **Disadvantages of deploying a Single Side** <a href="#h_b31746cdb8" id="h_b31746cdb8"></a>

While you avoid the risk of impermanent loss from asset pair volatility, you're still exposed to the volatility of the single asset you deposit. In addition, the yields from single-sided liquidity may be lower if you were to compare to a scenario where you are deploying two tokens into a Liquidity Pool. You essentially have to wait for the market price of the assets to change and bring your liquidity into a range, where fees can be accrued.

If you are using a single side for a specific strategy, such as entering or exiting a token, you may have to monitor this process to ensure you can withdraw your liquidity if and when it converts.

***

### **How to setup and deploy a Single Sided Liquidity position** <a href="#h_9b59bf846c" id="h_9b59bf846c"></a>

Deploying a single side takes just a few steps and is very similar to deploying a normal or two sided position. Following the guide below.

**Enter the Amount of Tokens:**

* In the input field for the token you wish to deposit (either USDC or AVAX in this example), enter the number of tokens. Leave the input field for the other token (the one you're not depositing) empty.

**Select Your Liquidity Shape:**

* Choose the liquidity shape you want to deploy: Spot, Curve, or Bid-Ask. Each shape has different characteristics and risk profiles and you should read the Shapes guide to understand further.

**Set Your Desired Price Range:**

* Use the sliders to set your desired price range. Position both sliders to the left or the right of the 'Active Bin' to focus your liquidity on one side of the market.
* For example, to deposit USDC, adjust the sliders to the left side of the AVAX-USDC market.

**Deploy Your Liquidity:**

* Once you are satisfied with your range and the amount, click on the option to deploy your liquidity.
* Confirm the transaction in your wallet and wait for it to be processed.

**Review and Manage Your Position:**

* After depositing, monitor your position regularly. You can adjust or withdraw your liquidity based on market conditions and your investment strategy.

**Examples of how to deploy a single side:**

## **Your Risks** <a href="#h_5dda339ec3" id="h_5dda339ec3"></a>

Engaging in providing Liquidity using the Liquidity Book protocol involves risks, including but not limited to impermanent loss, smart contract vulnerabilities, systemic failures, liquidity crunches, regulatory changes, market volatility, and operational errors. **Your capital is at risk; only invest funds you can afford to lose**. * Your choices to rebalance
* Your risks

***

#### **The Active Bin and how to earn fees** <a href="#h_a16eecbd92" id="h_a16eecbd92"></a>

<figure><img src="/files/FcNkP4iCDZovpDRO6iNq" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To enhance your earning potential, you are expected to manage your liquidity keeping it balanced and within range. Liquidity Shapes and the strategies you deploy and how you go about managing your liquidity, are all key to how you earn fees. In this article we'll explore what to do if your liquidity is 'Out of position'

***

#### **Your Liquidity is 'Out of position'** <a href="#h_bf7b14adcf" id="h_bf7b14adcf"></a>

When the price of the assets in the liquidity pool moves, this may cause your liquidity position to become 'out of position'. Your liquidity is always fixed when you deposit it into a Liquidity Book Pool. When your\
Liquidity is 'out of position' this means that the price of the underlying assets in the Liquidity Pool, have moved outside of your chosen range.

In the example below, you can see that the position is all green, indicating that the price of GMX has moved outside of the range. The UI will indicate when this happens to your own position. You will either\
see your Liquidity all green or purple, depending on the price change. You will be shown an 'out of position' signal.

This means you are no longer earning fees and you now have some decisions to make for your next steps which are discussed further below.

<figure><img src="/files/IM9Q8SOLmupHt59BIT3q" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

#### **What should I do when my Liquidity is out of position?** <a href="#h_98bba9a43e" id="h_98bba9a43e"></a>

Here are scenarios that explore the possible actions an LP might consider when remedy an out of position range:

**Scenario:**

* Assume you, as an LP, have provided liquidity to a pool for the ETH/USDC pair, placing your liquidity in the price range of $3,000 to $3,500 per ETH.
* The current price of ETH is $3,200, so your liquidity is active, and you're earning fees from trades occurring within your range.
* The market shifts, and the price of ETH rises to $3,600 due to a bullish trend, moving your liquidity out of range.

### **Decisions to consider:** <a href="#h_bddb5b8a92" id="h_bddb5b8a92"></a>

1. **Do Nothing (Passive Management)**:

   You could choose to do nothing, leaving your liquidity out of range.&#x20;

   * **Pros:**
     * Avoid transaction fees (gas costs) associated with rebalancing or repositioning.
     * If the price comes back into your range, you'll automatically begin to earn fees again without any action required.
   * **Cons:**
     * You won't earn fees while the price is out of your selected range.
     * If the price continues to rise, your position will increasingly consist of more USDC and less ETH, which may not be optimal if you believe ETH's price will keep rising.
2. **Reposition Liquidity (Active Management)**:

   You might decide to move your liquidity to a higher range, say $3,500 to $4,000. To do this must withdraw your liquidity and re-deposit it. When doing that you may need to swap into the other token to deploy with both tokens, or you can redeposit at a new range, with a single-side of the market and wait for a retracement.

   * **Pros:**
     * Begin earning fees again if the price remains within the new range.
     * Maintain exposure to ETH if you believe the uptrend will continue.
   * **Cons:**
     * Incurs transaction costs, which can be significant on networks like Ethereum.
     * If the price quickly reverts back to the original range, you might miss out on fees and incur additional costs to move back.
3. **Withdraw and Hold (Exiting the Pool)**:

   Another option is to withdraw your liquidity entirely and either hold the assets or reallocate them elsewhere.

   * **Pros:**
     * No longer subject to potential impermanent loss if you believe ETH will continue to rise.
     * Flexibility to invest your assets in a different opportunity.
   * **Cons:**
     * No longer earning trading fees from this liquidity pool.
     * May incur transaction fees and a taxable event upon withdrawal.
4. **Add More Liquidity (Doubling Down)**:

   If you have additional capital, you could choose to add more liquidity at higher price ranges without touching your original position.

   * **Pros:**
     * Potentially earn fees across a broader price range if you expect volatility.
     * Diversify your positions within the pool.
   * **Cons:**
     * Increases your exposure to the pool, which might not be optimal if the price falls.
     * Additional capital is tied up in the liquidity pool.

Each of these decisions carries trade-offs and risks, and the best course of action will depend on your own assessment of the market, your risk tolerance, and your goals as a liquidity provider. You must consider factors like market trends, the cost of gas fees, the potential for impermanent loss, and their desire for passive vs. active management when deciding how to manage your liquidity position.

***

#### **⚠️ Your Risks** <a href="#h_d100f4aa79" id="h_d100f4aa79"></a>

Managing concentrated liquidity involves significant risk and is not suitable for all DeFi participants. The nature of concentrated liquidity positions can lead to increased exposure to market volatility, impermanent loss, and other financial risks. This activity should only be undertaken by those who have a comprehensive understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and are prepared to accept the possibility of substantial losses, including the potential loss of allinvested capital. The information provided here does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort\
of advice and should not be treated as such.

# Token Mill Introduction

## The Launchpad Turning Fees into Airdrops&#x20;

Token Mill is a new kind of launchpad built around our core mechanic: **King of the Mill (KOTM).**

Tokens compete every 4 hours to become KOTM. Win the crown and all platform fees from that epoch get airdropped to holders of that winning token.&#x20;

Token Mill is designed to BOOST the communities driving activity on the platform. Our airdrop mechanism puts a consistent flow of [$MON](https://x.com/search?q=%24MON\&src=cashtag_click) back into the hands of the very Nads behind the strongest tokens in the eco.

Strong communities get even stronger. Max PVE.

## The Bonding Curve That Never Dies

As the team behind the DLMM, we know bonding curves and AMMs inside out.

With Token Mill, we designed a bonding curve that can handle the *entire lifecycle* of a token — no need to ever migrate. Think of it as a bonding curve fused with an AMM.

Here’s how it works:

* The curve is built from **two UniV3-style pricing curves**: **Pool A** and **Pool B**.
* **Pool A** runs until 80% of supply is minted. After that, **Pool B** takes over — mimicking a graduation event.
* Each pool uses different virtual liquidity levels, creating a distinct pricing dynamic when switching between them.
* Depending on supply, the market seamlessly flips back and forth between the two pools.

The result: a continuous, self-sustaining curve that supports tokens from launch to maturity.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important**: There is no true "graduation" as all tokens trade in perpetuity on the bonding curve.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
Until integrated, any Token Mill tokens you attempt to trade on Jupiter or Axiom will be routed through external liquidity pools created by third parties instead of trading via the Token Mill bonding curve. Remember that the Token Mill bonding curve will always have liquidity along the curve. If you see low liquidity for a token, you are likely trading on a platform not integrated with Token Mill.&#x20;

# King of the Mill

The King of the Mill (KOTM) race turns trading fees into fresh injections of capital and energy into the strongest token communities.

Tokens compete in 4-hour epochs to be crowned KOTM. All platform fees from the epoch are airdropped directly to holders of the winning token, boosting the strength of winning communities.

This flips the standard launchpad playbook and refocuses the platform on the people who matter most — token communities. Those which generate hype and volume on the platform are directly rewarded for it with fresh capital flowing back into the hand of holders, resulting in communities that compound instead of collapse.

This format creates constant excitement with a new airdrop always imminent and the community always having a target to rally around.

<figure><img src="/files/oJTB1nlQezsegVynTtvn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

## KOTM Race & Crowning Process

Token Mill runs on **epochs** with a new King crowned at the end of each epoch. Each epoch is a fresh battleground where token communities rally for volume dominance and market cap positioning. Remaining epoch length will be viewable on the site.&#x20;

**The Crowning**\
At the end of the epoch, both conditions must be true in order to be crowned King:

* **Hold a Top 3 Market Cap** position at the moment of epoch closure
* **Generate the Highest Volume** among the top 3 tokens since the epoch began

{% hint style="info" %}
**Disclaimer:** The KOTM selection criteria may change at the team's discretion.
{% endhint %}

***

### The Airdrop&#x20;

The winning KOTM token receives all epoch trading fees distributed to its holders via a lottery-style airdrop. The process of determining airdrop recipients is as follows:

* Wallet must hold a minimum $50 position in the KOTM token to qualify
* Snapshot is taken at the end of each epoch
* Airdrop recipients are randomly selection amongst all eligible wallets

The MON airdrops are distributed across three prize tiers: Grand, Major, and Small.&#x20;

The number of winners scale with the total prize pool — larger pools mean more airdrop recipients. Massive prize pools may distribute prizes to hundreds of community members.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
**Why Airdrop?**

The KOTM airdrop mechanic is designed to be MAXIMUM PVE. Winning KOTM is the ultimate community reinvigoration, with fresh energy and capital injected into the hands of its holders. \
\
Although not every holder takes home an airdrop each epoch, the entire community benefits when the infusion of fresh capital and momentum hits the chat. Communities that win together, compound together.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/zHsWhfXF6mO1wp0SyJVC" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### Fee Structure

All trades on Token Mill incur a 2% total fee:

* **1.5% KOTM fee**: Used to buy the KOTM tokens
* **0.5% Token Mill fee**: Goes to the platform

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: Subject to change in the future.
{% endhint %}

# Creating Your Token

Creating a token on Token Mill is simple and permissionless:

1. Connect Wallet
2. Fill in Token Details
3. Set Initial Buy Amount&#x20;
4. Deploy Your Token
   1. Double-check all information (**it cannot be changed after deployment**)
   2. Confirm the transaction in your wallet

<figure><img src="/files/0ySddJcNZJVsr79TZdN9" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

***

### What Happens Next?

Once deployed:

* Your token is immediately live and tradeable on the bonding curve.
* It's automatically entered into the King of the Mill competition.
* If your token wins the KOTM race, all fees from that epoch will be airdropped to holders of the token.

# Terminal

Instant Analytics, Instant Trading

If you’re trading on-chain and you want to win, you need a terminal. [**LFJ’s Trading Terminal**](https://lfj.gg/solana/trade/So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112) is designed to be your go-to hub for every token, providing all the key data you need in a clean, easy-to-use interface. 5. Enter a trade

<figure><img src="/files/gIiF7kpQ2cCSqZMxBG84" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Platform Fees

LFJ charges a **1% platform fee** on all **premium trading tools.** This includes:

* **Limit Orders**
* **DCA Orders**
* **Stop Loss Orders**
* **Market Orders placed via the Terminal page**
* **Buys made via the Trenches Page**

This fee is applied at **execution** and is automatically deducted from the final output amount you receive. The fee will also be viewable on the UI before you confirm your trade.

{% hint style="success" %}
**No Fee on Swap Page**\
\
LFJ does not charge a platform fee for trades made via the **Swap page.** Users can make trades via the LFJ meta-aggregator with no fees when swapping through LFJ's traditional swap experience.
{% endhint %}

***

### Example Scenarios

#### Limit Order

You place a Limit Order to **buy 1 $SOL with 100 $USDC**.\
When price hits your target, LFJ executes the order.

* Execution amount = 1 SOL
* 1% fee = **0.01 SOL**
* Final received = **0.99 SOL**

{% hint style="info" %}

### Gas Fees&#x20;

LFJ's platform fees **do not include gas**. Gas fees are paid separately and go directly to the blockchain network (e.g. Ethereum, Avalanche).

Gas costs vary based on network activity and your gas settings selected. You’ll see an estimated gas cost before confirming any trade.
{% endhint %}

# Advanced Orders

# Limit Orders

LFJ allows you to place limit orders onchain. Set a buy or sell price for your token, and LFJ will track on-chain liquidity, executing your trade as soon as the market hits your specified price.

Limit Orders are available directly on the **terminal page** for every token. You can create a limit order using native assets or stablecoins (like $ETH, $AVAX, or $USDC) to **buy or sell&#x20;*****any*****&#x20;token** on supported chains.

{% hint style="success" %}
Access the terminal page for a token by searching it in the search bar, clicking on a token from the homepage screener, or clicking on a token in your watchlist.\
\
From here, you will then be able to create your limit orders.
{% endhint %}

***

## **How Limit Orders Work** <a href="#h_253e422bd1" id="h_253e422bd1"></a>

LFJ Limit Orders do not operate like a traditional order book. Instead, after you place a limit order, LFJ's Aggregator will monitor all available liquidity onchain and execute your trade when liquidity is\
available at your set price.&#x20;

Once executed the user will receive the tokens quoted, minus the platform fees charged by LFJ. Partial fills for your order will be executed if liquidity is available for only a portion of your trade size.

Users are also able to select an expiry time for their order, after which it will no longer be executed. Users will have to manually claim their funds from unfilled orders that expire before executing.

***

## **Fees on Limit Orders** <a href="#h_44e4550351" id="h_44e4550351"></a>

LFJ charges a 1% platform fee on all Limit Orders, applied at the time of execution. This fee is deducted from the output amount you receive when your order fills.

## **Example Scenario** <a href="#h_509f4f4c55" id="h_509f4f4c55"></a>

* A user places a limit order to buy **1** $AVAX with 100 $USDC at a price of 100 USDC per AVAX.
* LFJ's Aggregator monitors market prices onchain.&#x20;
* When LFJ Aggregator detects sufficient liquidity at the target price onchain, it will execute the limit order.
* Completed trades are automatically sent to the user, delivering 0.99 AVAX to the user's wallet after platform fees.

***

## **Key Benefits** <a href="#h_758f5406de" id="h_758f5406de"></a>

* **CEX-like experience on-chain** -- Set limit orders without needing constant market monitoring.
* **Aggregated liquidity** -- LFJ sources from multiple DEXs and AMMs for best execution.
* **Guaranteed execution price** -- No slippage; orders execute only at your set price.
* **MEV protection** -- Your limit orders will never be front-run.&#x20;
* **Cancel Anytime** -- Orders can be canceled with 1 click.

***

# DCA Orders

LFJ lets you execute **Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA)** orders directly onchain — a strategy also known as **TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price)**. Instead of making one big trade, DCA lets you spread out your order into smaller, evenly timed buys or sells. This helps reduce the impact of price volatility and slippage.

DCA Orders are available directly from the **terminal page** for every supported token. You can use **native assets or stablecoins** (like $ETH, $AVAX, or $USDC) to buy or sell *any* token, over time, onchain.

{% hint style="success" %}
Access the terminal page for a token by searching it in the search bar, clicking on a token from the homepage screener, or clicking on a token in your watchlist.\
\
From here, you will then be able to create your DCA orders.
{% endhint %}

***

## How DCA Orders Work

With a DCA order, you’ll set:

* **Total Amount** – The total value (in tokens) you want to use for the entire trade
* **Running Time** – How long to spread all trades over (e.g. 30 minutes, 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week, etc.)
* **Number of Orders** – How many individual trades to execute
* **Max Price (Optional)** – If the token price exceeds this value, the order will pause until the market price drops back below your max

LFJ's Aggregator will execute your trades automatically, pulling from onchain liquidity sources at each scheduled interval. Before confirming your trade, you’ll be able to view a summary of:

* How much is being traded per order
* The interval time between each execution
* The estimated completion date for your full order

Orders will continue until all scheduled trades have been completed, or until you cancel the order manually.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:** DCA orders must be at least **$100 USD** in total value.
{% endhint %}

***

## Fees on DCA Orders

LFJ charges a **1% platform fee**, applied on each individual trade execution. The fee is deducted from the output amount you receive every time a scheduled order is executed.

***

## Example Scenario

A user sets up a DCA order to **buy $500 of JOE using USDC**, spread across **5 trades** every **12 hours**, with a **maximum price of $0.25 per JOE**.

* The order will buy **$100 of JOE every 12 hours**
* If JOE’s price exceeds $0.25, that interval’s order is skipped and retried at the next interval
* Once each order executes, the user receives the corresponding amount of JOE minus the 1% platform fee
* After 5 intervals (2.5 days), the full $500 will be deployed, unless any interval paused orders due to price conditions.

***

## Key Benefits

* 🕒 **Time-based execution** – Avoid poor entry points by spreading your trades
* 📉 **Price protection** – Optional max price helps avoid chasing pumps
* 📊 **Execution summary** – See interval breakdowns, estimated end date, and per-order size
* 🔗 **Onchain + decentralized** – No need to rely on offchain bots or CEXs
* 🛑 **Cancel anytime** – Cancel remaining trades at any point

# Stop Loss Orders

LFJ allows you to protect your downside with **onchain Stop Loss Orders**. Whether you're managing risk on a volatile token or locking in gains before a pullback, stop loss orders can help automate your exit strategy.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Access the terminal page for a token by searching it in the search bar, clicking on a token from the homepage screener, or clicking on a token in your watchlist.\
\
From here, you will then be able to create your Stop Loss orders.
{% endhint %}

***

## How Stop Loss Orders Work

Stop Market Orders let you exit a position as soon as the price drops below a specific trigger price. To create this order, you’ll simply set the amount of tokens to sell and the stop price.

If the market hits your trigger price, LFJ’s Aggregator will immediately execute a **market sell** using the best available onchain liquidity at that exact moment.

{% hint style="success" %}
**Use Stop Market When:** You want to get out of a position *fast* if price breaks below a critical level.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Stop Market orders are subject to price wicks. If there's a sudden drop in a token price due to high price impact trade onchain, you might sell near the bottom of a red candle just before a quick recovery,&#x20;
{% endhint %}

***

## Fees on TWAP Orders

LFJ charges a **1% platform fee**, applied when the trade is executed. This fee is deducted from the output tokens you receive upon sale.

***

## Example Scenario

**Stop Market Example**

* A user holds 1000 $TOKEN and sets a Stop Market order with a stop price of $0.90.
* When price dips below $0.90, LFJ triggers a sell at the best available onchain rate.
* User recieves stablecoins/native asset&#x20;

# Watchlist

Monitor all your favorite tokens in one place

With the **LFJ Watchlist**, you can easily monitor your favorite tokens across all major chains. Add any token to your watchlist, and it will appear at the top of your screen as you navigate the LFJ platform, providing real-time data on its performance.

# Joe Token Emissions

## JOE Token Emissions

## **Tokenomics** <a href="#h_f30e8f4ce3" id="h_f30e8f4ce3"></a>

**JOE** is a governance token used to incentivize liquidity providers and foster platform growth. The token distribution follows a fixed supply, decaying emissions model.

**What is the current daily emissions of the JOE Token?**

There are no longer daily emissions of the JOE Token. JOE has reached its capped total supply and thus, no more JOE tokens are being minted. There are still tokens that can enter circulation and the LFJ team will utilise currently locked tokens sparingly to drive growth across the LFJ Exchange when needed.

### Emissions <a href="#h_9ab09c3ac1" id="h_9ab09c3ac1"></a>

***There were no pre-sales, private sales or pre-listing allocations of the JOE token.***

All tokens were distributed according to emission schedule. That means that the team funds and treasury funds are distributed at same pace as the LP farms. We also have an allocation hold out for *future investors.* It means that if LFJ were to raise investor funds in the future, these investors would enter *after* the token launch, and not before.

### Revenues <a href="#h_e54a35584b" id="h_e54a35584b"></a>

* V1 AMM: 0.05% of all trades are paid to JOE staking
* V2 AMM: Variable fee depending on the Liquidity Pool is paid to JOE staking

All JOE tokens will be emitted according to distribution portion. Team, Treasury and Future Investor funds are emitted at schedule as public distribution to LPs.&#x20;

### There are NO more emissions <a href="#h_7a874c473a" id="h_7a874c473a"></a>

This means that the LFJ team are not minting new tokens and thus, the total supply of JOE has hit it's maximum intended supply. There are no plans to change this maximum supply. There still remains a portion oftokens that have yet to enter circulation, so JOE is not a fully circulating token yet and the LFJ team still have tokens that can be utilised to incentivize growth across the LFJ ecosystem.

# Network Address Screening

LFJ adopts a proactive approach to ensuring the integrity and security of its decentralized application (dApp) by engaging in a partnership with **TRM Labs** for the scrutiny of wallet addresses linked to potential illicit activities.

### The primary objectives for this screening are twofold: <a href="#h_36511a97f3" id="h_36511a97f3"></a>

1. **To Uphold a Safe and Compliant Environment:** LFJ is committed to fostering a secure and robust decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. This commitment is manifested in their efforts to create a platform that users can trust, emphasizing the importance of safety and compliance within the DeFi space.
2. **To Adhere to Regulatory Standards:** In alignment with global efforts to combat money laundering (AML) and terrorism financing, LFJ diligently strives to comply with all relevant sanctions, embargoes, and regulatory requirements. This compliance underscores the dedication of LFJ with participating responsibly in the international financial community.

The compliance information utilized by LFJ is sourced from TRM Labs. TRM Labs employs comprehensive on-chain analysis to identify potential risks associated with wallet addresses, including connections to sanctioned entities, terrorism financing, acquisition of funds through hacking or theft, involvement in ransomware schemes, human trafficking, and the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Upon the identification of a "risk" signal related to a user's wallet address, LFJ immediately restricts access to its interface for the implicated address.

It is important for users to recognize that the decisions and data provided by TRM Labs are beyond the control of contributors at LFJ. These measures are adopted in compliance with the guidelines set by TRM Labs, without any automatic reporting of findings to legal authorities, unless such reporting becomes a mandated requirement.

Should users find themselves unable to access the LFJ interface due to a perceived error in address blocking, they are encouraged to reach out via <privacy@traderjoexyz.com> for assistance.

LFJ emphasizes that the scope of data shared with TRM Labs is strictly limited to wallet addresses, without the collection or transfer of any additional personal information in the context of this monitoring process.

For further details on data handling and privacy considerations, users are advised to consult the Privacy Policy linked on the LFJ website.

# How to Buy NFTs on Joepegs

## How to buy NFTs on Joepegs

## **Buying NFTs** <a href="#h_abed1c7373" id="h_abed1c7373"></a>

Trading on Joepegs is a simple process and should take no longer than 30 seconds.

Follow the 4-step guide below to get started.

1. To get started, connect your wallet (in the top right of the screen) and sign the agreement.
2. Navigate to the collection and item that you wish to purchase. At this point, continue by clicking Buy Now.
3. After clicking Buy Now, a confirmation window will appear, select confirm to continue. Click Confirm in your wallet of choice and await the transaction to be complete.
4. Finally, your wallet will prompt you to submit the transaction to complete the purchase. Click Confirm in your wallet of choice and await the transaction to be complete. You can view the successful transaction using a Block Explorer.

**All done!**

If there are any issue with your transactions, please visit Trader Joe's discord and open a help ticket.

## **Buying NFTs with $AVAX or $WAVAX** <a href="#h_40284ac694" id="h_40284ac694"></a>

When you buy an NFT on Joepegs, there are two tokens you can use to complete the transaction.

* **AVAX:** AVAX is the Avalanche blockchain's native token. It is used as the primary currency for trading NFTs and paying transaction fees (aka gas fees).
* **WAVAX:** As users cannot buy native AVAX on other chains like Etherium, Wrapped AVAX allows users to bridge their non-native AVAX to Avalanche and start trading right away.

When checking out you will be prompted to select either AVAX or WAVAX. Providing you have a sufficient amount of tokens in your wallet you can choose either option. There is no difference in price between AVAX and WAVAX.

## **Making offers on NFTs with WAVAX** <a href="#h_d23419ab5d" id="h_d23419ab5d"></a>

If you would like to Bid on an NFT, then you will need to do so in WAVAX. This process does not require you to hold WAVAX in your wallet, as you can simply swap AVAX for WAVAX in the Joepegs interface.

### **To do so:** <a href="#h_01e63cf629" id="h_01e63cf629"></a>

* Select the NFT
* Select 'Make Offer'
* If you need to convert AVAX to WAVAX select 'Swap to WAVAX'
* Enter the amount of AVAX you wish to swap and select 'Convert'
* You can now make an offer on your desired NFT

## **Collection Offers** <a href="#h_0c7077a77f" id="h_0c7077a77f"></a>

At the top of the Collection Page (beneath the Collection description) select 'Make Collection Offer'. This allows you to make an offer on an entire NFT collection, irrespective of visual preference.

Once you have selected 'Make Collection Offer' you will see a new pop-up page. This is made in WAVAX, however you can easily convert AVAX to WAVAX by selecting 'Swap to WAVAX'. Once you have sufficient WAVAX to make a collection offer, you can set your offer price and the time duration NFT owners can accept your offer within.

## **Sweep 🧹** <a href="#h_b2ad3e172c" id="h_b2ad3e172c"></a>

This section allows you to buy multiple NFTs within collection(s) given certain parameters.

* Sweep by Quantity: Enter the number of NFTs you want to buy at once.
* Sweep by Price: Enter the price below which you would like to buy multiple NFTs.

## **Shopping Cart** <a href="#h_f6b160b716" id="h_f6b160b716"></a>

Joepegs makes it easy to buy multiple NFTs at once.&#x20;

* Find the NFT(s) you wish to buy
* Select 'Add' shopping cart (next to 'Buy')
* NFTs selected will appear as below.

To view the NFTs you've added to your shopping cart, navigate to the top right hand corner of your screen.

* &#x20;Make sure you have enough AVAX / WAVAX in your Wallet and select 'Buy Items'.

If multiple users are attempting to add an NFT to their basket then the transaction will revert.

Exit with ⌃↩

## **Auctions** <a href="#h_97118dd23b" id="h_97118dd23b"></a>

If you would like to place a bid on a live NFT auction, select the NFT and select 'Place Bid'. In this window you will be able to see the minimum value you will need to bid in order to out-bid other users.

Once you have decided your bid price, select 'Place Bid', enter the value and select 'Place Bid' again. Confirm the transaction and your bid will be set.

# How to Mint

## How to Mint

## **How to Guide for Minting New NFTs** <a href="#h_b6eef529f3" id="h_b6eef529f3"></a>

NFT launches on Joepegs happen on the 'Mint' page. If you want to participate in a Joepegs launch event and mint an NFT, follow the steps below.

{% hint style="info" %}
Not all NFT mints are configured in the same way. For guides on how to mint specific upcoming NFT collections consult Joepeg's communications for the launch.
{% endhint %}

## **Step by Step Guide** <a href="#h_c63eabf65b" id="h_c63eabf65b"></a>

1. To get started, navigate to the Mint page and select Live Mint.
2. Make sure your wallet is connected
3. If you are on the Mintlist, then you will be able to mint NFTs (up to the max allocation) in the first phase. If you are not, you will have to wait until the public phase begins.
4. Select the number of NFTs you want to mint and select 'Mint for X AVAX'

## **Mintlist** <a href="#h_af7435058d" id="h_af7435058d"></a>

Some projects may have a 'mintlist' sale as part of their launch. If you are able to mint during this phase it means that your wallet has been granted privileged access to the launch event by the project's team. The advantage of being on the mintlist is often that you will get early access to mint new collections, or mint at a discount. In this section you will also be able to see how many NFTs are remaining in this round, the time left before the round finishes and how much the NFT costs to mint.

## **Public Mint** <a href="#h_95d3c267d7" id="h_95d3c267d7"></a>

As above, except the Public Mint phase allows anyone to mint the collection. This is where you select the quantity of NFTs you wish to mint. Most projects have a MAX allocation given to each wallet, which controls how many NFTs you can mint with each wallet. Once you have selected the amount click MINT and confirm the transaction in your wallet pop-up.
